and everytime they called, and I managed to talk to them before
they hang up the phone. And I always asked: I have been paying, so
what it is you want?
Ok.....here how it works. Everytime they called, they log the time
and date, so if I dont pick it up, its recorded. And at the end of
the month, this companies will bill their client ie. HSBC bank and
submit that time log.
And HSBC bank will in turn include into the billing to me, debtor
cum client, the service fees. the irony was these service fees
include harrassing me.
So this credit company has been sort of calling me and hanging up
the phone on me these past weeks.
